On October 21, 1999 we opened the doors of our first unit with one goal in mind- to bring restaurant quality food and service into a corporate cafeteria. After five years, and several units later, the formula has proven to be very successful. By combining our restaurant and hotel experience with our corporate background and C.I.A. education, we have created a unique atmosphere.
